We are in agreement on the dvalin relics nothing to do with ss other than getting us rep with the gunsmith. I do not believe rank 5 will give us the quest for SS however. This quest (http://db.destinytracker.com/quests/677711641-imprecation) is still in the database as being given by the gunsmith and to my knowledge noone has completed it yet and is more likely to be what we will obtain at gunsmith rank 5. That isn't to say that we won't also obtain a quest for SS but as of right now there is no quest in the database that i'm aware of for the gunsmith that we don't know about.
