[RD2L] Captain vouch requirements

How did you learn about RD2L? From reddit. I have read a few threads here and there and finally have time to play. What motivates you to captain in RD2L? I captained in HoN and enjoyed it. It was a growing experience as well as fun. I want to make friends and learn how to play more coordinated. How do you intend to manage swapping in your benched players week to week? I will have a fair system based on availability and roles. I will hopefully work with everyone to make sure they all get a chance and that there isn't favoritism. How much practice do you feel a team requires for a casual league? None needed. To play is fun. With that being said, playing better is more fun and to play better you need practice. So I think practice is good but it is not something that will need 40 hours a week. What is your plan if some or all of your players refuse to practice? Then they will be less likely to play. The more you devote the better you will play and more cohesive you will be. If someone cannot practice that is different than refusing as well. Do you have a certain personality type for players that you wish to draft? No, other than being willing to work together and improve. All personalities are good in dota for different reasons. What are your thoughts on teammates aggressively critiquing one another during a match? Aggressively? It will happen but I do not like it. Emotions will run high though but the staple of a good player is to be able to be calm when things are not going well. What sort of strategies do you want to run with your team? Totally depends on the team and strengths but I like to run new things, but not things that are crazy an stupid. Given that you haven't completed a season what is something that you feel would make RD2L more rewarding for captains and players? I think more people and more time avail abilities to play will make it easier for everyone.
