WALRUS ideas?!

You are really making this too complicated, and shouldn't take calisthenics/longevity advice from a barbell powerlifter tbh

You could go the Recommended Routine route, just a generic bodyweight routine for strength and body control

You could go the KBoges route, which is relaxed daily practice as opposed to "destroy yourself in the gym" training

You could go the Mindful Mover route and train the progressions for One Arm Chinup, Handstand Pushup, Planche Pushup, ATG Split Squat, and Nordic Curl, which are the most bang for your buck exercises possible

You could go the Kneesovertoesguy/ATG route, and work on "Strength in Length", which makes you strong over a large ROM, restoring and enhancing flexibility and athleticism. ATG Split Squat/Nordic Curl/Seated Good Morning/Sternum Pullups/ATG Dips/Jefferson Curl/Poliquin Step up

I personally think that your goals align with r/Kneesovertoesguy, but there are many paths in fitness (and not all of them lead to longevity *cough*powerlifting*cough*)
