What you are asking for is never going to happen and here's why:

Players watch streamers and use the same gear and tactics. So whatever popular players do, 90% of the players will also do and it makes sense. They don't have as much time to play as streamers, so they use what works for the pros. I'm the same to be honest.

The publishers want these streamers, because they're increasing the game's popularity and reach. It's a circle that's difficult to break.

All that being said, the game does better than most others. Between taking bounties and going for high kill games or doing discovery, getting to the final circle as soon as possible and winning with 5 kills, there are different strategies that work well.
