Your arguement is completely nullified cause at that point it's just better off fighting the last guy/couple guys. You'd also be found way before it even reachs the end and if you sacrificed all of those backpack slots for gas masks you'd be able to plate up only once and if you only stick to running where would you go? The strat is very inconsistent and the odds of you actually pulling it off are very low, the normal gas mask lasts 10ish seconds, meaning with a normal backpack you'd have 50ish seconds, medium backpack 70ish seconds and large backpack 100ish seconds. With durable gas mask the time doubles so if we take for example the large backpack thats 200 seconds, not that much time is it? Only a full circle, sure you could go till the very last one and then just run away but as I said you'd have better odds fighting the guy rather than actually pulling this "strat" off.
