I really love the show and everyone on it!

So your stance is that he wasn't allowed to fire her? All because they were married, doesn't mean she has to be guaranteed a job. He donated shares to her without any investment into the company from her. Then he found out that the company was allegedly losing money because of her so he fired her. As the owners of the company, both Silvio and Julia had a fiduciary duty to the company. Silvio gave her every opportunity to succeed but she squandered it. at first he may have wanted an amicable divorce but then discovered the alleged spending/stealing by Julia and decided to fire her. Was their marriage conditional on the job? Why did she run to file for divorce after she got fired? And just FYI, are you aware what the court ruled about her firing?
