I'd bet anything that the cure would just be another way to just break the sire line and there would be no active Original vampires in existence. It certainly wouldn't "shift" to Aurora or anyone else-being an Original isn't a position that transfers, it just means that the transition was initiated by a witch with a spell instead of dying with vampire blood in your system.
