in regard to upcoming Multishot and Serration/Hornet Strike changes.

Yes serration will free up another slot to use, but it will be replaced by another mandatory mod.

Disagree. Right now, Serration is mandatory. Aside from maybe a silly status Torid build, I haven't seen any builds without Serration. Aside from Multishot, many other mods are interchangeable.

Multishot will still be an extremely strong stat due to the fact that the damage is not additive but multiplicative ontop of all your damage and elemental mods.

Agree. Multishot is currently the second mandatory mod (barring special case builds like Gammacor and Penta). Even with the ammo nerf, it's better than fire speed.

Having freed up the serration slot, but having to compensate for the decrease in ammo effeciency, most weapons will require Ammo mutation to be slotted instead of Serration to compensate for the multishot nerf.

Not all weapons. Some ammo-efficient weapons like Opticor, Gammacor, and bows probably won't run mutation. Even some launchers may not run it. However, for rapid-fire weapons, yes.

Weapons with already poor ammo effeciency are going to become even less usable.

Agreed. But with everything top-tier getting nerfed, the bullet-hoses will perhaps be able to shine without using multishot.

Secondary weapons are going to suffer the most from this change and since most secondary weapons already have poor ammo effeciency, they are going to be utterly un-usable after the changes and only a handful of secondaries are going to be used.

Disagree. The multishot nerf affects everything. Plus, many rapid/continuous-fire secondaries like the Synoid Gammacor already run ammo mutation standard.

Mandatory mods will stay, just the way we mod our weapons will change, basically some mods will be replaced by another type, which will still be a new CORE.

Still disagree. Removing mandatory mods opens up space. Not all weapons are built the same.

Due to the change in modding, a lot of weapons might be screwed over polarity wise and requiring you to rebuild them from scratch.

Agree heavily. People that have polarized their weapons will suddenly have to fill a void. Perhaps not from scratch, but some reforma-ing may be required.

Due to the removal of serration and such, a huge wave of compensation is going to be required to be sent to players that own those mods.

Agree heavily. Legendary cores for everyone? What's fair? This will be up to DE to decide.

Players that have bought those maxed mods with platinum, will demand refunds.

Well, yes, but they won't get them. Whether you bought a maxed mod with platinum or fused it yourself, you're on the same level as everyone else in the compensation wave.

Entire game will have to be rabalanced in case they do come through with these changes, starting with weapons, ending with every single enemy in the game, scaling will have to be entirely reworked which will require an enourmouse amount of work and calculations.

Agreed. But at least this will give DE an excuse to stop the armor scaling of high level enemies. This is a huge concern, but at least the removal of Serration will allow DE to 'normalize' damage and make things more predictable.

A lot of weapons will be become worse/better, meta weapons will change and a lot of people are going to be dissatisfied that their favorite weapon might have hit the dirt.

Agreed, but why is this a bad thing? Things will get mixed around. Sometimes, nerfs have to happen.

New inconsistent mods introduced into the game to compensate for these changes, such as the current Argon Scope and such.

Agreed, but this isn't bad. These mods are rather popular and encourage different styles of play. Plus, the new event mods aren't a must-include for all weapons (and frames). This increases build diversity. Why is this a bad thing?
