Relationship goals

Unpopular opinion here: I’ve lived in Colorado my entire living memory and I don’t understand why people love is so much. I mean sure, the mountains are cool and all, but how much is there really to do in them?

I’m a big skier but most of the good ski mountains are a good 2 and a half hours away which makes day trips kind of difficult (especially with I-70 traffic).

Other than that there are some good hikes, but they are just far enough to be inconvenient and also can get quite repetitive.

Another thing that seems to be kind of lacking is just stuff to do in the city. Maybe it’s just the town I live near or the far distance form Denver, but there’s not really much besides restaurants and a movie theater.

Maybe I’m just spoiled because I’ve never really lived anywhere else, but this is my honest opinion
