The Repair Department : Tech Support and Stupid Questions Go Here!

So I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm in a bit of a bind.

about 6 months ago I got an audient evo 8 and I love the thing to bits, that is until about a week ago it went completely dark for no discernible reason, tried multiple USB cables and devices and it doesn't even light up now.

I contacted Zzounds and they said they only accept returns for the first 45 days after purchase and sent me over to audient support and they proceed to tell me to contact the retailer I got it from because it's still in warranty, I explained that Zzounds sent me to them and sent the body of the email then audient support says it's a warranty claim and tells me to go to the Spanish audio Technica support line which says Espanol in the link and I don't speak Spanish.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to do at this point so any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated.
