Hello all!
The main question I have is how to use a Lav Mic to record someone's voice in a busy restaurant with as minimal background noise as possible

I create social video content for bars and restaurants and currently use a Rode Wireless Go II Lav Mic to record the audio wirelessly to my Sony a6400

I've tried using the internal mic on the lav and using the Rode Lavalier Go Mic but both pickup significant background noise and voices around my subject

I figured this was due to the Mic Pattern and have been searching for more directional lavs but many Cardioid Lavs seem to be XLR only and I'm unsure if those can work with the Wireless Go II with adapters

Any ideas on which Mic I should be buying that will work with the Wireless Go II and reduce background noise as much as possible?
