Kathleen’s apology wasn’t even that much of an apology. From what I can tell she basically shifted all blame to Jaclyn and Jaclyn got so much crap for it that I started to feel sorry for her. Even though Jaclyn was regretful she filmed it and even deleted it straight away, people still came after her.

Sam was 18 when she made this look, but unlike Kathleen she said in her apology every time she saw her Nikki Minaj look her heart stopped. She must have taken a long time to formulate what to say because a half-assed apology isn’t acceptable nowadays. Of course I am still disappointed in her for making this look, but the most important thing is that she took this opportunity and made it into a learning opportunity for herself and the fans
