No, I can't point to an explicit instance where she victimized herself with the VMAs specifically. I was just talking about Kanye in general, the feud as a whole, and how she "played the victim" in the situation as a whole, as did all the comments before yours. I wasn't trying to answer your question, just adding a point to the coversation. I just find her bringing it all up again with the lakes lyric shows that she stills holds resentment, which I don't expect her to wipe it from her memory, but i find her pubicly commenting on it again worth a critique. Imo her peace was made when she responded to it with multiple references in Rep. A reference 2 albums later really came out of no where, and seems unnecessary to me. If she really believes "Karma is real", as she said so herself - just let it go and let karma work. She needs to take her own advice, "you gotta step into the daylight and let it go. Just let it go, let it go." And about the sub pretending she played the victim with the VMAs, she's done so multiple other times, regarding Kanye and not, that saying "she she hasn't talked about [the VMAs]" doesn't really matter. And no, i don't hate Taylor, I do dislike though how she holds resentment, and can't take any bad thing said about her - that's where I was coming from.
