Sry to revive old thread but figured I'd share my similar experiences u/SourScurvy. I thought broke reality on k+dmt too and I was going to be seriously psychotic for the rest of my life. I think it's a bad combination due to time dilation and some other random synergies that we obviously don't know why they occur.

I also had one where I ingested something and it was somewhat traumatizing. But in hindsight it wasn't entirely negative experience so I don't know if I was given something good or bad. It seemed very real, tried to spit it out and then a hand came over my face that told me to keep it in. Then one last time this past weekend I went for OEV, when I almost drifted off into CEV dmt-land I could tell an entity wanted to do that again, but I refused.
