This subreddit has gotten so deluded, that we're actually comparing Halo Infinite's campaign to CYBERPUNK.

The reason that microtransactions are considered predatory is that most large gaming companies hire people who are experts in finding ways to get those people to spend more money.

Business hire people to help drive revenue. In other news, the sky is blue and water is wet.

So when there are people who make a career out of finding ways to manipulate people into spending more money, then it isn't super helpful to say that the compulsion to spend money on the game is a problem with the player needing therapy rather than the industry developing predatory systems.

It absolutely is fine. You're pointing out that business try to do what they can to generate revenue. That doesn't make them predatory. That makes them a business. If an individual can't handle themselves to make financial decisions, maybe they should fix that. Stop getting mad at companies trying to make money.
