IT classes get 5% bump. 2) 2 PLP days for FY20/21 and FY21/22 3) No CERBT contribution during PLP 4) PLP accumulates with cash out at separation or retirement 5) Health stipend for all including those on Flex. For flex, they will make up the difference up to $260. 6) GSA/Raises delayed for FY20/21 and FY21/22 7) If cost savings workgroup is successful then FY21/22 2% raises will be reinstated, and FY22/23 will stack the last 2 raises for 5% 8) If Heroes Act or equivalent trigger will remove PLP days (but it sounded like it would open negotiations) 9) Finally if they don’t draw on the rainy day fund then FY21/22 PLP goes away
