Alright, here's the movie:

Pokemon meets The Big Lebowski

Team Rocket goons misidentify psyduck as being the pokemon that works along side a famous jigglypuff k-pop band. He is listening to his favorite soothing music on his walkman when team rocket rolls his ass and takes his favorite CD player/disk.

Team Rocket thinks its the newest album to be released by the Jigglypuff band, and they have to send it to their boss.

Psyduck and his crew of misfit pokemon have to navigate the worlds of famous musicians and the pokemon underground in order to get his cd player back, because it plays the music just right and can't be replaced by any other CD player.

There are no actual humans on psyduck's team. Maybe he gets help from the various "biker dude" and "bug kid" friends he has around town, but for the most part, its just a stoner comedy about a bunch of D-student pokemon trying to be made whole again.
