Pretty certain unemployment numbers are gonna spike again in the weeks following july 30th. right now you have essential workers covering double the hours for reduced pay but just enough to deny them benefits. after july 30th, you'll have the returning freeloaders. A lot of jobs in my area, including my own, told these individuals they could maintain their job and they'd be allowed to return once they were needed. So let's assume a lot of these short-thinkers call up their place of unemployment and ask to return, they allow them to. So now, you have essential workers receiving reduced pay AND reduced hours, along side their returning co-workers. Incentivizing both sides to file for unemployment claims.
