Yes, the term desecration is for human remains, but why shouldn’t the same respect for the dead be exercised for an animal, especially your pet?

Yes bones have been used in art for centuries, but you wouldn’t do this to a human loved one’s skeletal remains(or maybe you would if there weren’t laws against it? Idk)

As someone who appreciates art and this perspective, I understand your feelings, but I’m truly surprised that you’re shocked you’ve gotten a negative reaction from this, when just about every religion and culture has rules and ethics against doing this sort of thing to any corpse.
