Why sell when I own 1/900th of the company for $2840?

I'm just using the one they provide on their site: https://www.otcmarkets.com/research/stock-screener

Today I spent a lot of time looking at stocks in the .000s to see if there was anything undiscovered. Didn't find aaaanything interesting.

I did however see something very weird, and maybe I just need to take off my tinfoil hat, but check out this one: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ONCP/quote

Hasn't been a trade in 3 years until some short interest on Jan 29th. If you scroll down it shows 999 days to cover. Then if you look at the trades, there was one Feb 11th for 1,996,000 shares @ .0001. The next day, 2 trades totaling 100,000 shares @ .001.

The stonk just went up 900%! AND it has 30 day avg trading volume of 2m shares! AND it's got a short position with 999 days to cover. Looks to me like someone is setting it up for a quick buying frenzy Tuesday morning and a chance to sell back those 2m shares at a quick profit.

Am I crazy or am I maybe reading that correctly?
