[Serious] what does Golovkin have to do?

Canelo. The funny thing though is that Canelo will one of GGG's easiest fights. His style falls right into GGG's greatest strengths.

This is not saying Canelo isn't a good fighter, he has great offense, he traps fighters into a corner and bangs. He's accurate, he throws good combos, he's smart and generally has an easy time getting through any kind of defense. His offense more often than not prevents anyone from fighting back, so his offense ends up masking his poor head movement.

Well for GGG none of that matters, there's nothing he would love more than someone who stands and fights and can't move his head well. He's just going to slug and slug, and break Canelo down.

The only person I can see beating GGG, is a slick fighter who can stick and move for 12 rounds flawlessly. Good feet and head movement, and a seriously sick control game so he literally can't throw his punches and just make him really frustrated. There's only two fighters I can think of that can do that effectively.

Unless I see significant improvements in Canelo's defense and speed he will be a walking punching bag for GGG. It will be a slugfest for all but a few rounds, with Canelo nursing a fractured ribcage or skull by the end.
