I can't help directly since I'm not familiar with ConnectWise. I did a search on ConnectWise with Power Automate (new name for Flow) and there is a connector available so that means they do talk to each other. To what extent I can't be sure of since I don't have CW. The first result that caught my eye is a video from a few years back here. There's also a thread on a MS site here and a reddit thread that gives info on how you can go about communicating with it via REST, or at least links that might help. That should be enough information to let you know if you can attempt what you're asking. It appears feasible but I can't be sure.
