Sharpener, good problem solving but bad design(?)

I agree on the activity based design. Indeed the target market is important to consider but precisely it's like a very mid way point where if they're investing on a grinder like this it's someone who wants to do a lot of things at the same time instead of a full fledged professional.

If that's the case then I think it would be even more important to make it easier for the user to understand and use, and to clean too. It's not intended to be used in a full on workshops either.

Maybe it's more that it's not bad design but I see lots of flaws that I would improve greatly this, and change it in a way to make it easier for the user to understand what to do.
