I am a hardcore foodie and I really only eat meat on occasion--but I do love cheese.
But, I also enjoy/crave flavorful vegetarian and vegan food, especially within cultural cuisine. I usually add fresh (or dried) parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and (a little extra curry) or paprika.
