As a woman who started playing these games in the last few months, I’ve found this subreddit to be helpful. It genuinely is nice to be able to reference stuff here and have a place to talk about these games and make jokes, because they are insanely fun. However, there have been many times that I’ve been extremely sketched out by the amount of overt horniness and largely objectifying dialogue about women. I’m not saying it’s wrong to think characters are hot because it’s not, but the way people on this subreddit go about expressing that it is weird and toxic, and it really rubs off poorly on the community as a whole. Yes, this game is clearly rated mature and revealing outfits fall under that, but throwing a tantrum as a grown ass adult that a video game character you want to jack off to has too many clothes on? It’s weird! It’s really weird and concerning tbh!

mayyybee it is worth letting up on the overt horniness and creepiness so that people don’t feel weirded out when they’re simply just trying to enjoy a video game. Just my two cents.
