Should all women be believed in Biden’s case or the Kavanaugh case? Or both?

First, Justice Kavanaugh and CBF requested that their Judiciary Committee hearing be public. They both had the option not to testify publicly, because there is no requirement that either do so.

I'm not saying that you should force Joe Biden to testify for something he wasn't charged with. But when allegations against Kavanaugh came out he decided to have a hearing like you said. Why don't democrats push for the same thing with Joe Biden?

Second, what you’re demanding is very vague. Congress has a defined list of powers, and demanding private citizens to testify about events they have not even been charged with is not one of them.

I'm not demanding anything. Again I'm not saying he should be forced to testify but I'm just wondering why Joe Biden doesn't address these allegations, and why his supporters don't seem to care enough to question him about them.

Confess does not have the power to compel this kind of testimony, so I assume you’re saying that Biden should volunteer to do so? Why?

Well he should volunteer to do so if he wants your vote which means the democrats should be asking for an investigation into these allegations like they did for Kavanaugh.

Who do you think should ask Biden questions?

I don't know, and that's not the problem I'm addressing.

Why should our legal system be circumvented only in this case?

Hahaha please tell me where I said we should circumvent the legal system.
