Former financial adviser had me move my 401K ($560,000.00) into cash. With the market downturns should I leave the money in cash or is now a good time to get back in?

The best financial advice anyone can give you is: Do not accept financial advice from anyone unless they're a fiduciary.
Most "financial advisors" are not fiduciaries. A fiduciary is the only type of financial advisor that is legally obligated to put their clients' best interests ahead of their own. Any other advisor can work on commission and make a profit from selling financial products to you, even if they know its a bad investment. They're salespeople in disguise.
To find out if someone's a fiduciary, ask them. If they say yes, check if they're registered with the SECor verify they're a certified financial planner. Both designations require fiduciary duty.
You have way too much money on the line to listen to strangers on the internet.
