Should I worry about peer benchmarks? I am high through no fault of my own.

Ebay flat out lies about correcting this issue!

I get about 30 - 40 returns a month selling new oem auto parts. 80% of them are return fraud where the buyer orders the wrong part but doesn't want to pay for return shipping (my terms are buyer pays for return shipping) so they pick something like not as described to make me pay for the shipping.

Each of these cases are reported to ebay, at least half the cases the buyer admits to return fraud in the reason, they'll file for a Not as described and then say "sorry ordered wrong part" for the return notes, and less than 10% of the ones reported are actually removed from my profile and my account credited the $6.

I hope in the future that after enough people fall victim to ebays profiting off of criminal fraud, I hope that the greediest attorney firm in the world catches wind of this and files a class action lawsuit against ebay and takes them for everything they can.
