Yep, tons of issues, especially in regards to shipping. I do TCG also, and I have found the standard envelope to be sooo unreliable, but it has increased my sales, so a trade-off I guess.

Same with international standard and even Global Shipping. After losing a $1300 dispute today with no insurance, I finally removed international sales from my high dollar cards today. Shipping only $100 or less cards internationally.

The worst is that my tracking didn't automatically upload on a multiple order of over 80 cards. I tried several times to input the tracking manually, but the box wouldn't accept it. When I called, they said that since it was a glitch, they would remove the defects, but they didn't. At the next evaluation, I'm being bumped down from top rated to above standard because of their glitch. Calling tomorrow...again.
