I work at ogp and can confirm it is not the store. The manger doesn’t order drivers always. The associates can and do. I have always suspected that the driver who took the order did something wrong cause in our system it says delivered and we don’t have the order. The manager is not trying to screw you over. They don’t care enough to. It’s a common glitch somewhere in the system. It doesn’t always happen when we, Walmart OGP associates, order new drivers but it only happens when we do so, the system sometimes orders new drivers but we also do it when a driver says no to an order or doesn’t show. It’s an error somewhere. Don’t automatically think the store is out to get you. It hurts us too cause it is a waste of our time having to look to see what happened to that order
