Previous staff experience?: Yes i have some great experience ive been staff on alot of servers and i know how to be staff how to check for hacks and i know how to get along with people and to see if they are lieing or not, I have previously been staff on the following servers: ParaPvP (mod) HCTeams (mod) and PurePvP (mod+) but im not currently staff on them so ill very active if i get staff on SimplyHCF
Why would you like to be a staff member on SimplyHCF?: have been noticing, that sadly, Countless people are breaking the rules, due to the huge amounts of players that are getting on that are on in my timezone. Rule breakers are not the only problem. The biggest problem I see is the new players, They are completely new to this and if they don't get the necessity support that they want; even some simple advice or answer their simple question about commands/and or help with basic things (Why something Is not working, etc.). I believe that I am ready to accept this challenge, and prove to everyone how strong and cunning of a helper I hopefully will become. I have recently have not been pvping, and I always have time to chat with other staff or members if they need any assistance. With all of those distractions out of the way, I would be able to focus 100% of my attention on helping and supporting the server, and 0% on pointless distractions that get me no were. Right now, the only thing I go on Simply for is to help players and off course have fun! I always like helping in any way possible I can, and even a little pvp to see if there are any hackers. I believe that The staff would hopefully find me a good addition to the staff team, and I know that I can make a difference. Also the server can benefit from my help, because I'm a very active player and I love communicating with players. Not only that but I'm also really good with banning and muting players. I won't have false bans or be a abusive Moderator which is totally unacceptable. I'll be the moderator that I have to be to make the players on Simply enjoy and have fun on the server. Also the server can benefit from my help because I'm a very active player. I'm on like 75% of the day and 55% I put my time on Simply . I started being really active two months ago but that's because i had to go somewhere for a couple of months, which I'll explain later on. But I will work hard and try to help as many players as I can if I get this position. Even if I don't get it there's not much I can do, but I'll still look for hackers and call a mod in to ban him and I will communicate and be respectful to all players. I'm pretty sure most of the staff trust me on The server and they know that I won't abuse my rank and that I will do a good job. There's not much more to add to this but I can help out the server a lot. I always support new players AND old friends as much as I can, help when I can for those players that are struggling on the server. You may have not seen me on recently, and that is because I have a tremendous amount of school work to catch up to(Spent most of my time on Simply But, If I were to get this position, I would go on Simply even more often and do Whatever I can to help. Last but not least, I am very honest and straight up. If anyone is doing anything such as breaking the rules or advertising, (Even my closest friends) Deserve to be rightfully punished, no matter who they are, and thats basically what I have been doing for the past month. I have not made any enemies on this server, and I try to be nice(not too nice,but acceptable chill nice that is not layed back) and I have made so many supportive friends so thank you, all for being there for me and making my Simply experience is one of the best server experience that I ever had, and I will be sure to make new members feel exactly like that, and make this server their new home.
SCENARIOS (Answer with what you would do in these situations)
Scenario 1 - You find that your friend is cheating, what do you do? I would freeze him and ask him to join teamspeak and screenshare him you must treat everyone equal even it was someone that spent alot of money on the server or a very famous person.
Scenario 2 - Your friend just died and said that he "died to lag" What do you do? I would say to him you have go to have proof that he died to lag or he wouldnt be able to get revived.
Scenario 3 - Your friend died to someone they thought was cheating, what do you do? I would tp to the person that killed him and i would be watching them for a while and if they wasent hacking and i was watching them for a while i wouldnt revive him or i would ask him for some evidence if not no revive.
