Something small, but I found a quick and pretty easy recipe for bread so I no longer have to buy packaged store bread

For everyone asking for a recipe, I'm not OP but I make a lot of bread at home with this easy recipe (fyi you will need a dutch oven for this recipe):

400 grams all purpose white flour

330 grams water

2 grams active dry yeast

10-15 grams salt (depending on your taste)

mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until a dough forms. cover and let rise for 12-18 hours.

put dutch oven in your oven and preheat oven to 450f. when it's preheated, take dutch oven out, sprinkle some flour into it, and transfer dough from mixing bowl into dutch oven. put lid back on dutch oven and bake 30 minutes.

after 30 minutes, take lid off dutch oven and continue to bake until desired browning of crust happens, usually about 22 min for me.

rest on a cooling rack at least 90 minutes before slicing into it and eating the whole thing over the course of 3 hours.
