soon-to-be anthropology freshman ^-^

How was your college experience in Anthropology?

Great. I'm a practicing anthropologist / archaeologist today, 21 years after graduating with my BA and 6 years after finishing my PhD.

How can anthro be applied to business? (as business is what i see myself doing right after)

What kind of business? What kind of anthropology? In what part of the world? Who's doing the applying?

This question is far too broad to give a meaningful answer to someone who's not yet beyond Intro to Anthropology.

As a college freshman, you will be exposed to a lot of new ideas and experiences. Most college students in the US change majors at least once. There's no reason to believe that you're going to buck that statistic.

Rather than trying to figure out now what you might be doing 4, 8, or 12 years from now, focus on taking your classes, working hard, and keeping an open mind.
