Not sure how this statement can possibly be true - no battery costs $10k, they cost various amounts depending on the brand, model, configuration, so without knowing the detail, you can't know the cost. So with that in mind - that we don't know the configuration - we can't say with certainty that this hypothetical battery will only run some LEDs. Could you provide a brand and model that costs approx $10 and can only run some LEDs?

A 100$ car battery and 12V inverter does the same thing. Still very unclear, but going with the assumption that you can provide a battery to answer the question above, then please provide the brand/model of the $100 and a car battery spec, I'd be interested in this solution for sure, it sounds like I could make $9000 profit!
