I'm a 10 year survivor of a large pre-frontal cortex meningioma. Three recurrences, treated with combinations of surgery and/or radiation. I have no physical or communication deficits. I look and sound normal except for a large scar across the top of my head. My symptoms resemble those of people with ADD or an acquired brain injury.

I'm a hard-core math/science guy. Long ago, I became completely open about what is going on with me. I participated in a pro-science demonstration carrying a poster with MRI images of my tumor. I speak up for people with invisible disabilities like brain injuries or mental illnesses.

I've got experience with a couple of drugs that help. Also, plenty of experience negotiating the medical and insurance systems.
