I had a seizure while ordering at Subway today.

Omg. This is really helpful to me. I've only recently had doctors start considering epilepsy and this is exactly one of the things that I experience all the time.

I'm supposed to find an item and suddenly I have no idea where it would be or even where I am or why I might be there. It happens very often in grocery stores to the point my wife was the only one making the trip for like six months because I would get lost and scared and when I come out of it I'd go home with only half the list.

Recently I've been trying to get out more with a few full successes at the store (I even went to two stores the other day) but it's still really hard. I have to be willing to get lost and just stand in an aisle until it passes.
