Strategy Card Passive Abilities (SCPT HomeBrew Revision)

There comes a point in the life of a game where it dilutes the experience at the table the more you add.

In fact, the art of design is more about what you take away than what you add in.

Additions and revisions for the sake of it seem superfluous.

Unfortunately there's a bit of craving for it in the hobby because people who like any particular game are always excited by new content for the game. But if you look to certain classics; they haven't changed in 20+ years and are still amazing.

I think the great thing about t.i. 4 is that it takes the experience t.i. 3 and streamlines it and makes it a smoother experience. Not that it added a million new things - in fact a lot of the game is the same with just minor tweaks.

Passive abilities on strategy cards feel like they'd just mess up the flow of the game.
