While yes there are lacking brain developments in an 18 year old and a 23 year old, there is a massive difference in those ages as well. You wanna call a 40 something year old guy dating an 18 year old who is in college predatory? Sure fine by me. But no ur not automatically a predator if ur dating or hell even just acting in a movie with someone who is a few years younger.
