Tallahassee Sublease @ NXNW (5 min walk from campus) in a 4x4 that will only have one other room occupied besides the one I'm hoping to sublease. Rent is $724, which includes wifi and in-unit washer/dryer. Electric was never more than $30 when all three of us (my roommates and I) were there (we never had a 4th), so it would be way less. I'd cover the sublease fee, and the one roommate who would be there with you has a dog but she's shy and doesn't venture into the common areas much. There is guest parking that is free until midnight, and residents can purchase a private spot right next to their building for $25.

My unit is furthest from the front door and washer/dryer machines so it has the least amount of noise! It's on the third floor, and I know my upstairs roommates and last I heard they weren't coming back until fall, so you wouldn't have upstairs noise either. Also, NXNW is a gated community and has very modern study rooms, a two story gym complete with tanning beds, a resort style pool with grills and cabanas, and a Starbucks machine. Not sure how open those are at the moment, but felt it was worth mentioning.

What's near NXNW (5 minute range): Moes, Cold Stone Icecream, FSU credit unit (and universal ATM), Momos (cheap, amazing pizza), Doghouse Burgers (food truck turned hole in the wall, speaks for itself), Publix, Panera, Target, CVS, Dollar Store & Tree, Chick-fil-A, and obviously campus (Dirac Library side)
