Hi, me and my 2 other friends are looking for a 4th room mate for August 2020. Rent is 450 a month, the location is VERY conveniently located. you get your own room and bathroom, includes washer, dryer. (Water and electricity and Wi-Fi not included so rent would actually be around 500 a month once we buy that) We want to find someone we vibe with, we are all really close friends so we are hopping to find someone who becomes a new bestie!

Ideally we would want who cares about being clean and cleans after themselves. Is okay with dogs (there might be one living with us) and is preferably female, OR a gay man.
