Ca is not merely accepting something from wnother culture, it's a double standard when the culture is being shames and mocked for it but when your white ass does it it's suddenly ok. Like when black women are being mocked for dreads or curly hair but when a white chick does it it's ok. It's also the case when traditional clothes with very specific meanings are worn for fashion. It's ridiculous at best (inagine someone dressing like a Catholic nun because it looks cool) or insultibg at worst (like some Japanese people wearing Nazi unoforms because they look fly).

That said, eating a foreign culture's food is not CA and the person in the post is an idiot.
