Appearance: Dom Tambor stands a hair over two meters. He has the lithe physique usual of native Skakoans. However, he is usually encased in a personally designed pressure suit. The suit is fully sealed and made from durasteel of ensure it doesn’t puncture on accident. Flowing robes cover the most of the suit to keep his true profile unknown.

Backstory: In 534, Dom was born into the wealthy Tambor family on Skako. at 16, he took an apprenticeship under his father in the droidworks. By 20, he had his own research division where he designed the HBA-2 (Heavy Boarding Assault) Battle Droid. To compliment his design, he was transferred to the fleetworks. Wat led a design team in creating the Lamprey-2 Class Boarding Craft. Both the droids and the boarding craft soon entered mass production and within the next several decades had been integrated fully into Baktoid’s main production lines and active service within the Baktoid Trade Defense Fleet and many of its clients.

Dom swiftly moved up the ranks of Baktoid Armor Workshops corporate hierarchy. He oversaw numerous projects from the fleetworks, armorworks, droidworks, and many more. When he was 45, Dom was made chairman of the fleetworks. His crowning achievement while chairman was not a new design for a ship, though he had plenty of those. It was the purchase of Hoersch-Kessel Drive Inc. The new influx of engineers and technical knowledge allowed Dom to develop a new superheavy freighter, the CF-1345 Lucrenought, a spiritual successor to the Lucrehulk that saw service centuries prior.

Tambor then moved his personal R&D team onto a prototype Lucrenought Freighter Carrier. When the ship went into full production, he kept the prototype for his own personal use, upgrading it over the years to suit his personal requirements. The vessel contains his private research division, as well as a full manufacturing wing, fighter wings, personal defence forces, and enough facilities to remain self sufficient and protected for quite some time.

For his work in design and administration, Dom was given a seat on the board of directors. From there, he had less hands-on work, but his insight was valuable for numerous projects. When the chairman of Baktoid retired, Dom was elected as the new chairman of Baktoid Armour Workshops. He has served in that capacity for a full 7 years. In that time, he has expanded his clientele while still keeping active in his own pet projects.
