Your attention to detail has improved greatly since you posted Violet, and you are certainly on the right track with that. However, you slip into like personal asides like..

Don't do that.. Or do, it's just my preference to not do that in any semi-serious writing. If it might not make sense, rewrite it until it does! I like his weapon, and it makes sense because I know what a Guandao is, and how you want the shotguns to be used in conjunction with that weapon. Can't wait for the render!

His semblance reminds me of Bastila Shan's Battle Meditation in Knights of the Old Republic.. Which is very cool but also can be wildly abused in Star Wars lore(it's pretty much the only reason the Republic was holding off the Sith in the beginning of the game). And I can kinda see this working far too much for the team's benefit. Perhaps include some limitations such as he can lose focus during a fight if he uses it too much, or maybe he can only link a max of three other people into the 'hive mind'.

But all in all, I'm just not sure what it does. Do they gain the ability to communicate telepathically, or do they just immediately become knowledgeable of each other's styles? It could use some more explanation, but I love the core thought behind it!

I like that he is inexperienced with Grimm, and I feel like that could seriously impact the team because he's the one friggin' leading it.

One last thing, you say his hair is 'dark with an electric blue highlight'. Dark..what? If it's black or navy blue, tell us! Other than that, I like this, and I love seeing that you are adding more and more description to your characters!
