This post is doing exactly what anti-theists do when talking about Islam.

You are negating the correct parts by picking out other parts and forcing a literal interpretation of them.

Eg a anti-theist would say Muslims didn't know much about honey, they had vague theories at BEST. Same guys who though magical flying horses existed.

Doesn't matter anyways since the language and culture was lost 1 mellenia before even the Prophet saws. I would surprised if the people of Isa AS had known about who they were outside of the torah much less the bedion arabs.

It wasn't limited to the ancient Egyptians though. Practically every culture in history used honey for it's medicinal qualities. The Chinese and Romans wrote medical books which include using honey for it's medicinal qualities.
