Good question. The diarrhea stopped around 2 days ago.

I had a small bowel movement 3 days ago that was solid.

And I have been careful with my diet intake due to suppressed appetite

I am hoping the metronidazole treatment will last. I've heard on here that it can be short lived and a bump up to the next drug tier, Vancomycin is the gold standard

The cdiff experience will keep me on a better eating plan going forward. I dont see myself consuming sweets or snacks or anything heavy in the near future

And I'm not really a drinker of alcohol so thats a non issue.

I will monitor carefully my symptoms. And if there is a flair up I'll post back.

My handwashing, laundry regimen will stay the same.
