First Alliance only started with a small group from the previous alliance. Just went from there. Had to make adjustments as needed over 2 years. (Was a training alliance for a month or two). Very, very important to have good officers. I couldn’t do it without them. Don’t allow drama. Never do a merger. Be truthful when recruiting. When I started the sister Alliance, almost all of it was from ppl I met through the game over the years. Good idea not to burn bridges. Ppl go through phases. As a leader, you should have an alt. It’s convenient to have an acct that can be moved with little effort and you can control. GL on your mcoc journey.
