What is the police allowed to do? I'm swiss in Ticino and I've been stopped, searched, brought into station and/or car countless times, most of the time with some bullshit. can they do that?

Go ahead and open a legal case cuz it will solve a lot of things. I got stopped which isn’t illegal, got searched, they proceed to make a drunk test which is ofc negative, mind you I don’t smoke nor do drugs nor drink. They wanted the imei of my phone because they wanted to see if my iPhone was stolen which to me was some Bs cuz I purchased that phone from sunrise so I didn’t give them, they got aggressive with me when I refused. Tiold them I will get a lawyer which I did and we still fighting back and forth for the last 2 years cuz they tryna deny that they racial profiled me. We are in court now and I know I will win. But I don’t want no bonanza but I want things to be better for the future. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone.
