Subliminals can put you into different states of relaxation because they directly work with your subconscious mind, and in this vulnerable state different demonic entities can possess you or just control your life. Besides, it's vanity. Putting blind faith into something superficial is actually very strong black magic.

I used to listen to subliminals a lot and eventually I was attacked by demons in my sleep multiple times. Only praying in the name of Jesus helped me get rid of demonic influence in my life.

It's honestly your choice, though, I'm just telling my personal experience. If you still decide to listen to subliminals, at least make your own. You never know what messages all these channels, even the most "trustworthy ones" really put in their videos.
