I mean, the whole game is pretty uninteractive by design. You're not missing anything (except time to think) if you alt-tab during all of your opponents' turns. Sure, it has removal and combat, but so does virtually every game in the CCG-style, and the vast majority of them have more interaction than HS.

While there are certainly different degrees even within Hearthstone (control Warrior is certainly more interactive face Hunter) the game is built to be fairly low on interactivity. It makes it feel more casual and approachable and mobile-friendly. It's always been obvious from the design of the game that low levels of interaction (as well as random effects) were intended by the game designers to be features of the game, so I don't know why so many people in this sub treat low interactivity and high randomness like they're problems that the devs need to fix. The devs don't want to "fix" those things because the devs put them in intentionally.

Now unfun, on the other hand, is a valid (if a bit subjective) complaint about cards and decks. But calling one particular HS card or deck uninteractive is like going to Tesla and saying that one of the cars is expensive.
