I told my friend I was Cherokee and he wanted to join. He submitted fake papers to the Cherokees to join and got in and now has a tribal card and everything. What should I do?

Syiuu everyone. I recently found my native ancestor on Dawes roll, her name that was given was Nancy Wheeler. I wish i knew her native name. She was put on Dawes roll as 1/4 native blood, however I know this is not true since my mom is 1/16th native and I'm 1/32. My sister has gotten the blood test done. I would like to learn more about our ansestors. Im wondering why she was forced to deny her blood at that time, was it easier for her to say she wasn't full native? My great freat grandmother and 3x great grandmother both identified as Caucasian. I am proud that I came from native cherokee and wish they didn't have to deny their blood. Can someone help me understand?
